Pan fried pork belly, cider jelly, scrumpy braised potato barrel & caramelised baby onions
Fresh mussels with coriander, ginger and coconut and homemade sesame & onion bread
Home smoked duck breast, red chard and watercress salad and raspberry dressing
Thai spiced potato cakes with tomato and olive tapenade
Lobster risotto with saffron shallots and white wine (£3 extra)
Main Courses
Fillet of hake with caramelised baby onions, roast beets, crushed potatoes and pea dressing
Spinach and ricotta ravioli with walnut pesto and parmesan shavings
Breast of chicken with pistachio crumble, roasted potatoes and buttered asparagus
Grilled strip sirloin with burgundy sauce, roasted potatoes, baby carrots and green beans
Black tea crusted rack of lamb with port sweetened crushed redcurrant sauce, roasted potatoes and vegetables (£3 extra)

Strawberry shortbread tower with Lubcloud cream
